The Business Process API allows third-party providers to seamlessly integrate their apps with Fundraising. They can easily keep the integrations running at a lower cost of ownership. They can match or create donor records, recurring donations and instalments, externally processed gift payment data, link campaigns, source codes, and designations, add data to custom fields, and submit donation data in a single payload.
2. Split Gift Transaction Amount Across Multiple Campaigns
Gift transactions within Salesforce Health Cloud involve the tracking, recording, and management of donation or contribution made to a healthcare organization, foundation, or a specific cause.
We can now assign a transaction to various campaigns based on the proportion of the transaction amount influenced by the efforts.
3. Create Outreach Source Code URLs
Digital fundraisers can save time by producing unique URLs based on user-defined UTM parameters that can be disseminated across several channels automatically. Use these one-of-a-kind web links to track the success of online outreach and to link online donations to the source code of the outreach.
4. More Access for Program and Case Management in Experience Cloud
Experience Cloud enables us to develop customised and powerful sites for users where they can search for important info on Salesforce, view FAQs or how-to articles, chat with other customers, and remain in touch with support managers. Two licenses, Experience Cloud License and a Case Management Permission Set License are required for experience cloud users.
With this release, more Programme and Case Management objects got access of create, read, update, and delete permissions in above mentioned permission sets.

We can now review, select, and merge potential duplicate contacts on the NPSP Contact Merge page. New NPSP Potential Duplicates Lightning Web Component is added on NPSP Contact Merge page. This component replaces the regular Potential Duplicates component on the Contact page.
